Changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of submitting the form, because production may begin after that point.
Updates are sent by email or text when the bat enters production and again when it is ready for pickup or shipment.
Orders can be picked up in Morton, Pennsylvania, or shipped for an additional shipping and handling fee.
Bulk team and league orders are available by request.
